It scales through people — teachers who have internalized its principles, coaches who can facilitate reflection, and leaders who create the conditions for it to thrive. NVDLI provides individual and cohort-based coaching for educators at every level of a school system.
Our coaching is grounded in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework and draws on nearly three decades of direct experience in schools. We work with classroom teachers developing their instructional practice, instructional coaches building their facilitation and observation skills, and school and district leaders navigating the organizational complexity of transformation.
We don't give leaders a script to follow. We help them develop the clarity, strategy, and sustained energy to lead this work for the long haul — without burning out in the process.
