FOR TEACHERS, COACHES & INSTRUCTIONAL TEAMS
Adult Learning That Models Deeper Learning — Your Teachers Learn the Way Your Students Should.

Great professional learning looks like great student learning: it's active, collaborative, grounded in real practice, and designed around the actual challenges educators face. NVDLI's professional learning experiences are built on that same philosophy.
We design and facilitate workshops, residencies, and multi-session learning series for teacher teams, grade-level groups, content departments, instructional coaches, and cross-school networks. Every experience is grounded in the six deeper learning competencies, connected to Nevada's Portrait of a Nevada Learner, and calibrated to your school's specific context and goals.
Participants don't just hear about deeper learning — they experience it, reflect on it, and leave with concrete practices they can use the next week. And because we know that one-shot professional development rarely sticks, we build in structures for follow-through: observation, coaching cycles, peer collaboration, and reflection protocols that keep the learning alive.
